️ Orders & Product Customisation
- All blinds are made-to-measure based on the specifications you provide during your consultation or online order.
- Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
- Please ensure all measurements are accurate. Queen Blinds is not liable for incorrect dimensions provided by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details are processed securely.
Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Free installation is available in select areas across the West Midlands. This includes Coventry, Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, and surrounding regions.
- Customers must ensure access to the installation site and notify us of any restrictions or hazards.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the bespoke nature of our blinds, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Refunds are not available for custom-made products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence.
️ Warranty & Liability
- All Queen Blinds products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (if not done by our team), or wear and tear.
- Queen Blinds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
